Jim Santy Auditorium
Join fellow Parkites Wednesday evening for a free screening of SILVER & SNOW: The Park City Story courtesy of Friends of Park City Ski Mountain Mining History and the Park City Film Series.
This one-hour documentary tells the story of Park City's evolution from mining town, to ghost town, to international ski destination. Larry Warren's documentary was created as a lead-in to the 2002 Winter Olympics and was previewed in 2001 at the Egyptian Theater.
Friends of Park City Ski Mountain Mining History are again airing the film to draw awareness to Park City's rich history and the importance of preservation.
